Dr. Rupal Shah, DMD
Dr. Shah founded Glen Allen Dentistry and has been improving smiles across Richmond, VA since 2009 — bringing more than a decade of experience to personalized, patient-centered care. She earned her Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Rutgers Dental School, with advanced coursework in Dental Public Health, and completed a General Practice Residency at John F. Kennedy Hospital in Edison, NJ.
During her residency, Dr. Shah gained extensive experience caring for both children and adults, including patients with complex dental needs. She’s committed to creating a comfortable experience while making sure every patient understands their oral health and treatment options.
Passionate about lifelong learning, Dr. Shah regularly pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest techniques in dentistry. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, hiking, and camping together.
